ОтветитьI like to roll my cut out cookie dough between 2 pieces of lightly floured wax paper. It makes it so I don’t have to use as much flour, therefore my re-rolled cookie dough stays tender.

After watching several of your videos I've learned what I was doing wrong and now I'm baking more cookies-which my family is VERY happy to see! I tried your whipped butter shortbread cookies yesterday and they FLEW off the plate when I was done! Hands down, my family's newest, favorite shortbread recipe. Thanks for making my family happy! LOL!

ОтветитьI use a silicone mat whenever I need to roll something (cookies, pie crust, puff pastry) out. No extra flour is needed - the mat works beautifully every time!!
