Left Guyana in 2000, live in the Bahamas until 2008 & now I reside in Texas. Watching this has brought back so much memories‼️ I remember being a kid walking through the market, taking the speedboat to get to school (Sacred Heart Primary) and just eating along the way. Guyana you deserve so much spotlight for your rich culture! Ohhhh the nostalgia 😢

There are some misconception of capadola it's not a bark but a vine the red a yellow species yellow it said to be the woman capadola while the red one is said to be for men also the amount of rings in the vine should be taken into account the 5 rings and and 7 rings are most recommended.
