I did notice at the end there u knitted last stitch as a normal knit not in the back to end row !
It's a neat trick as no one on here ever does this but I do its neater ! Its also a good neat pattern i use it a lot for knitting head bands works well as it dont roll up!!

a regular cast off is a straight line and not Wavy like this stitch starts the scarf ..

I've used this pattern so many times since first learning it. Honestly, I find it to be such an easy pattern while still keeping it interesting. And love that it just repeats so it's easy to put down and pick back up when I have to.
