I Love God I have ptsd and our brain makes path ways in our brain to survive what we had to go through .God has made us that way so we can be resilient to survive But when we go out in community it is hard to be vernable .I don't trust people But I trustbGod

Hi, I checked and that word perfect in this scripture in the Greek is completion, mental & moral character....not Compassion as it is in Luke.

how can human beings be perfect , if we are not born perfect. Also are we all puppets and emotional and physical punching bags for god- why must we be starved of childhood love, violently physically and emotionally abused by immature, cowardly bully fathers, attract abusive people all our life and never find love. How can we love god if we have never been loved

God knows we fail he is trying to makes us more loving like him not perfect in behavior

The Being that you are is already perfect but in almost all cases it has been covered over by mistaken ideas of who you take yourself to be. If you lie and cheat that does not make you a liar and a cheater. It makes you one who has lied and cheated. Very different. Is the one who admits that he has lied and cheated a liar and a cheater? You are the innocent one. All you have to do is claim iit.

I've prayed for healing but have received more pain/rejection; my family never valued me, love interest ruined my outlook & vulnerability. I'm lonely but can't trust others. Everything just hurts.

God the Supreme Soul is bound by the predestined world drama like all souls. It isn't like He can just do as He pleases. His role is eternally predestined and second by second it emerges according to the drama plan. Religious souls have this idea that God can just wave a magic wand and change whatever He pleases, if that were true the world would have never declined to the state its currently in. That's a man-made religious view point, its not the spiritual reality. God is an incorporeal Soul, He is the Knower of the three aspects of time and also the Purifier. He plays His part of purifying impure souls every cycle and understands that human souls must settle their own karmic accounts between themselves. He doesn’t interfere with this process.

Matthew 5:48 (Matthew's words), & Luke 6:36 (Luke's words)... in Luke, (KJV), he'd used "merciful", which is Strong's Greek # 3629, meaning "merciful/compassionate". . . (Just for other people, who like the Bereans, always want to "search the Scriptures daily, to see whether those things were so").🥰

I would like more info on the word perfect you use for compassion and tenderness. I looked it up and can’t find any correlation.

Wow I. Have left a long term relationship depressed anxiety trauma he never held me when I cried rarely hugged me or held my hand, often spoke harshly or critically and I never had that with my parents really I'm longing for God's touch now.

I can assure you the tenderness of Jesus works better on my patients than me. I prayed for my patient who was scared of surgery and he calmed down. It worked better than my medication. Jesus had compassion of that patient and another young alcoholic. I prayed for another young soldier who had PTSD and turned into alcoholic. He was overdosed and lay on the bed. He told me the war really messed him up. He did not find meaning when he came back to the society. I said to him in the hospital, "Look around you. You are young. Everyone had PTSD, but they are old now. You are their hope. You need to help other people. May I pray for you. "

He was doubtful but he let me prayed. Many months passed. A hospital staff, a young man stopped me, "doctor, do you recognize me?" I said, "no." He said he was the alcoholic patient that I prayed for. He started working in the hospital as transport staff and help speak to veterans. He found meaning in his life and he was so thankful. Praise the Lord for giving this young man a miracle.

how to heal from christianity , because christianity ruined my life

I have a Pastor and worship leader as sons. They are the most cruel people I have ever met. I bet you don’t Dare To answer me because you will send your secretary or somebody that works for you Where is the compassion from Christian people?

Going through this right now. I have trauma and am fearful right now to go outside like I once lived. Lord Thank You Lord Jesus Christ for Sufficient Grace and many daily mercies. You are a Supernatural Ever Loving Living Eternal Merciful God indeed 🙏🙌.

Since god is the cause of all trauma, i wouldnt think anyone would support god in any way, since he can just wish it away with no effort or cost. And give me free will , watch the sam harris explanation of why it doesnt exist.

Amazing, you’re a true talent. My man ended things few weeks ago. He said he needed space, and I couldn't blame him. No big fights, just...done. I'm struggling to accept it's really over and that I might never hear from him again. I miss him terribly.

Yeh it gets lonely when your family doesnt understand you or even try to be commpasionate .If i cant go to my Grandchildrens concerts because of anxiety they say i figured you wouldnt go .instead of saying i understand Mom .i know what youve been through and its ok Mom.maybe another time
