My mouth is watering. Who doesn't love shrimp?

I love shrimp and grits ! yours looked very yummy.

The grits look hard, not smooth and creamy.

good demo, but you did not cook your grits long enough. I think i'm going to make a demo of how this should be done properly

I grew up in Brentwood Tn. Went to the University of Alabama and worked in New Orleans for a year. I've been in NC for the past 19 yrs. So In the South.

You can put you shrimp on my grits! They will be smooth and creamy.

 I'm thinking there should be a little roux and the grits could have been a little more loose.

This is a nice recipe, the only things I would have added would be some diced tomatoes and garlic. I would have de-glazed the shrimp mixture with a cup of white wine then add some heavy cream to make a nice sauce to pour over the grits. But it's really no right or wrong with shrimp and grits, it's only right when it's to you liking...nice job Ken.

no butter in the grits, or, no cheese grits.....ugh

Dude no offence but thats about the worst example of shrimp and grits I've ever seen.
