On marechaussee hunter you only need 64 crit to get 100% crit rate, 49 crit rate if there's a cryo res and the enemy has the cryo aura or is frozen though in freeze comps blizzard provides just a bit more crit rate providing 40 crit rate with it's 4-piece sett bonus compared to marechaussee hunter's 36 so generally in freeze blizzard provides 4 more crit rate meaning that with cryo res you would only need 45% crit rate in freeze, hope this helps anyone deciding between the two sets for Wriothesley or just planning on using either of the sets for someone else.
