And this is another example of the sad reality of today's rookie QBs. A lot of times they're thrown onto the field with no NFL experience and are expected to do great, and if they don't then they're traded away to another team or let go in free agency. Sometimes you get good rookies, like Jayden Daniels, CJ Stroud, or RG III who pull it off. But most of the time it's a complete dud
Rookie QBs need someone with NFL experience to learn behind for at least a few months to become truly successful in the NFL (or to at least be determined as actual draft busts). They shouldn't be put into pro games if they don't know how to play at the pro level yet

This year will be his judgment for sure.

UF fan here. Honestly the inexperience is only half of it. He is just too fragile to lead an NFL team, both physically and mentally. In college he would hang his head and pout every time something bad happened. No leadership.

College football is a joke. The amount of hype these Quarterbacks get is ridiculous when you compare the challenges of NCAA to the NFL. Nobody predicted how good Mahomes, Brady and Rodgers were going to be based off their College career, think about it, people were more excited about Tim Tebow LOL.

As a ravens fan I would like Anthony Richardson to join us but realistically he would be a backup his build is similar to Lamar's I liked him in college but they rushed him to early.
