Absolutely incredible video. Your content just keeps getting better and better and I love watching it
ОтветитьI keep hearing F_cker instead of Fokker 🤭😅
ОтветитьAlong with Green Dot Aviation this is the best aviation channel. Fantastic stuff Chloe!
ОтветитьNow that's dedication to the topic!
ОтветитьWas it just me but this video felt a little dirty😮 with all the fluids being spilled
ОтветитьThat Moda Fokker.
ОтветитьThanks for the upload Chloe. Was starting to wonder if everything was ok, thanks again!
ОтветитьHah funny name
Ответитьok, nice video, but really? Temperature in "Freedom units"... Only 2 countries on the planet use Fahrenheit! Stop saying stupid shit like that
ОтветитьWow, this is a gift of a content. Also you're silly face is cute as hell, whoops. But I'm biased because you reference Canada so much
ОтветитьThis video was amazing! If only all of them could be this long.
ОтветитьChloe deiced: Very cool.
ОтветитьAnother banger 👍 .. Always reminds me of that Stan Boardman famous joke that got him banned from the BBC 😅
ОтветитьTop notch documentary. Love these in-depth videos. Great job, chloe. Can't wait for the next one.
ОтветитьMany thanks for your very detailed analysis ! Your explanation on the principles of lift was fascinating ! I enjoyed your de-icing humour !
ОтветитьNo, those fokkers were messerschmitts!
ОтветитьI love the clear manner you explain technical details in but the being covered on deicing fluid isn't really funny and neither adding to the understanding nor entertaining me much... You could have saved the water to clean yourself, your set and your nice dress
ОтветитьBrilliant video. I enjoyed it immensely. The timing and content of the comedy had me laughing out loud. I'm really looking forward to the next. On a note regarding airframe icing as described (and other problems), it's always seemed to me that a video view of the aircraft that the pilots could monitor would be very helpful.
ОтветитьCongratulations on your well-researched and extensive video.
I operated the Fokker 100/70 from 2005 until 2013, initially as a First Officer and later as Captain. It was hammered into us, practically from day one of the Type Rating course that one simply did not depart with ANY amount of snow or ice on the wings of the aircraft. I was very particular about this, even to the extent of once climbing up onto the wings myself to remove two very small patches of frost that had formed at the wing roots with a tea towel, since this was quicker than performing a whole de-icing procedure for such a small patch of ice (I also made certain to check that no ice had re-formed immediately prior to our departure). The operator I worked for also insisted that stepladders should be available for us to check the upper surfaces of the wings properly in winter conditions and I was known to become somewhat irate if these were not provided. This also helped to address another vulnerability of the aircraft which you only briefly touched on, which lead to one very serious incident on a Fokker 70 and has caused hull-losses on other aircraft with tail-mounted engines. If a layer of clear ice were to form at the wing roots and then break loose as the aircraft became airborne, where would that ice go? Answer, straight down the engines, a situation which would not enhance the happiness of anyone involved. Vigilance was the only way to prevent this.
I greatly enjoyed my time operating the Fokker 100/70, despite their earlier origins they had very modern and capable avionics and cockpit systems for their time. You simply had to be careful and apply the proper procedures when operating them in wintry conditions. The fact that others failed to do so when the dangers of such failure were by then very well-known is simply inexcusable.
Commenting to help.
ОтветитьAmazing stunt goop work! This was a great video and must have been so much work.
ОтветитьWow, really great video! Thanks so much! ❤ One technical question came up for me: Isn't icing an issue during the flight? We have lower temperatures up there, and maybe snow etc. too; does the speed inhibit ice buildup? Thanks for some insight!
ОтветитьOnce again, a very well-made and interesting video. I really enjoy the extra personality and humor in your latest uploads.
ОтветитьI was going to ask if you'd consider reviewing the ill fated Manchester United Munich disaster but i noticed you've already done it. I'm off to that video now, thanks.
ОтветитьChloe, I think you're just fishing for compliments. You slay, queen!
ОтветитьTried taking a shot every time Chloe says "Fokker" now I'm totally Fokkered 😂. Brilliant video, very entertaining 👍
ОтветитьI love how this is just a whole ass movie. Thanks chloe🫡👍🏾‼️
Ответитьyour channel is superb, one of the best to be honest out there. And i like your clear language, voice, and the insane level of detail of this video is not seen anywhere else. Keep it up.
ОтветитьYour presenting skills have improved significantly over the past year or two in my opinion and I do like the inclusion of humour. 👍
ОтветитьIt’s always a pleasure.
ОтветитьYour poor watermelon dress! I sure hope it wasn't ruined.
Excellent documentary, which is what this qualifies as. I hope you and Sasha have an absolutely excellent holiday!
Hi Chloe, what sim do you use? This video should be televised by the way it is truly magnificent and a show of your dedication to this community and important topic!
Thank you
Chloe i absolutely love your vids, you do a great job at detailing all the elements of how everything happened ^~^
ОтветитьChloe, regarding de-icing fluids: ...varying degrees of toxicity.
Chloe, earlier in the video: * gets those fluids poured all over her like Nickelodeon *
Love how you do your videos ❤
ОтветитьYou’ve outdone yourself here. Well done!
ОтветитьGreat video. You’ve obviously put a lot of work into this. Looking forward to what you do next
ОтветитьWow i had a completely wrong idea in my head of what you looked like from hearing your voice in narration 🤣🤦. Nice to see you on video this style is pretty interesting, informative, and funny 👍
ОтветитьI’m still not the whole way through the video, as I usually watch these kinds of videos in bed. Chloe’s voice is too soothing, she should make an asmr channel. When awake, I absolutely love the quirkiness
ОтветитьEvery live Chloe cut is awesome, but this was iconic x3
ОтветитьGirl, if I’m going to watch a double dare show, i rather not see the slime pouring down a woman’s head that just makes her hotter.. you never need deiceimg when your just a hot lady. We just enjoy your documentaries and will wait for the next one
ОтветитьFantastic video Chloe!!! Great to be seeing more of you!! "I'll be watching you Fokker!!" 😂
ОтветитьExcellent presentation, again! Thank you Chloe, again! 😊 👏 🙌 👌
ОтветитьI was planning on watching all this episode but that background music is awful i couldnt stand it anymore Do yourselves a favour if your wanting clicks & likes get rid of the crap music & stick to the story
ОтветитьHi Chloe love your videos! Don’t know if you heard but yesterday a private yet overrun the runway in Argentina and collided with houses. But there were several issues 1) apparently it was too fast and no skids marks 2) both pilots were alive and the cockpit wasn’t burned and they begged for help but no one did and died from smoke. 3) airport rescue took more than 25 minutes to reach them. And no attempt to rescue. Lots of accounts from neighbors and such. I live in the area and willing to help you with this video if you decide to take it in. Also know the owner of the plane. This was in San Fernando intl airport in Buenos Aires Argentina
ОтветитьGreat to see you! I'm loving our channel!
ОтветитьI'm exhausted! It's like an airplane overloaded with everything related to aviation trying to take off. Good information and nice videography shouldn't die needlessly. I'm giving you a "like" for your efforts with a warning for the extra weight of pies and dress designers.😊
ОтветитьI remember when the creator of the Fokker said "It's Fokkin' time" and everyone in the company started clapping and gave a standing ovation for 10 minutes straight. Clearly the Fokker is one of the airplanes of history.
