Ina Garten | Thanksgiving Entertaining Q&A

I make Ina's cream of wild mushroom soup for Thanksgiving -- and it is certainly fabulous!!! Everyone just goes nuts over it!

I make it even more simple. Paper plates, plastic cups, disposable aluminum foil and some store brought pies and sides. But, I do cook my own turkey and a couple of my own simple recipes. Thanksgiving is a day for everyone no matter your beliefs, religion and culture to spend with family and friends. My agenda is not to impress them, my intentions is to make them feel comfortable, love them and make them feel welcome. In the passed I am sure everyone had food Catastrophes, but what fun it is to talk about it and laugh about it during conversations.
