When you're trafficking illegal substances, you are taking a risk but you have the advantage over law enforcement. Law enforcement officers became officers of the law because they do not have the intellectual quotient to perform well at real jobs that require employees to produce real tangible results every single day. Law enforcement officers are inherently obtuse and intellectually challenged so all you really have to do is remain silent and allow them to implode on themselves, as they have done throughout their own personal lives, which has led them to the repulsive occupation of having to potentially risk their lives as a livelihood. If you encounter them, make them work - they inherently detest doing any real work including investigating. Remaining silent and not aiding in their investigation is your best bet. Simply act jovial and gregarious but make it apparent that being stopped to be interrogated about where you are coming from and where you are going and what you had for dinner yesterday is a huge inconvenience. Advise them that you would hate to have to file suit against them and inundate them with targeted complaints. Deliver your message to them with a stern yet arrogant manner, relegating them to the subordinate position they are accustomed to since early childhood and you should be able to get away scot-free. Never answer any questions that a law enforcement officer asks, simply provide your identification (which, by the way, you only need to present to them, not necessarily hand over to them) and let them know that you are invoking your Fifth Amendment rights and therefore any further questioning will be in violation of your rights, ultimately culminating in a lawsuit.

I’m all for LEO , I support them fully but the K-9 sniff around the car tactics they use to me seem highly questionable & not what I would call a level playing field. All the people that get pulled over & refuse a search that gives the cops a right to walk there dog around the vehicle to see if the dog detects the odor of drugs . The problem with that is the only person that knows what that K-9’s signs are is the police officer handling the dog around, so they can easily say “ yeah he alerted “ & whether he really did or didn’t no one else out there would really know the truth . So you have to take the word of a cop that is already chomping at the but to get inside your vehicle & he’s certain that you have something illegal so why wouldn’t he always say “ yep he alerted. “ ??? I watch a lot of these videos & I’ve never seen the officer say “ my dog didn’t smell anything at all, you’re free to go “.. IDK it just seems like a not so honest tactic in my opinion .
