ОтветитьThe best way to make money is copy him... don't do what he says do as he does .. make videos and content on how to do it ..even if you have no idea ..jus copy his and other peoples vids on how to get a deal as a real estate agent etc etc ...then make a course...then hold events etc.. you will make wayyy more money doing what he does than actually trying the advice and selling properties 🤣

Just starting my new career in real estate. I was pumped before but now I'm really excited to generate mega business and meet new people
I don’t know what to say rather than i wish i knew him before, am a civil engineer I changed my career to real estate about a year and half and i did an average deals like 8 deals in one year and i was happy then for the last 3 months couldn’t crack a deal the reason is from what am seeing in the videos is that enthusiasm , hard work and consistency are not always the answer you need these tricks and tips … I bet with my mindset and enthusiasm if i worked for a guy like him as my mentor i would be the best

ОтветитьI loved the door knocking for open house event…….however, first 2 points were lame, especially number 1. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard reach out to sphere of influence…….this is NOT a new concept. Problem is, what if you don’t have that SOI? Then what? Point number 2 is lame also because Fsbo don’t want to be bothered bc MANY agents have already reached out…….what makes you different? This video didn’t address that concern? Finally, expireds, again, like fsbo expireds don’t want to hear from you. In another video Kevin said WAIT to address these people, here he sounds like jus do it. I love his videos, normally, however, this one was disappointing.

ОтветитьI still have to pass my State Exam, however, I have been in sales for a while.. not Real Estate... but sales. Asking for the sale is SOOOOO important and so is going out and generating your own leads. I was a top producing business sales rep at a Mobile Store and that was one thing I noticed that really worked! Cold calls, going out to small business's etc. You hear alot of no's, which can be discouraging if you dont look at it through the Law of Averages. Every "no" means you're that much closer to your "yes". Obiously, I would do some things a bit differently in Real Estate than I would in Mobile Sales, but the concept is still the same. I love how you explain things, I have been looking at other Real Estate videos on here and yours are by far the best! Thanks for all that you do.

No matter how bad I wanted to succeed I would not do that, thats despiration and kinda weird! Kevin, Thank you for the video and advice and I agree with 90% of everything you teach except this part, the knocking. No offence to you, just how I feel about it. Thank you
