Modern Warfare 3 is Better Than I Thought

I personally loved Advanced Warfare. I wish after Sledgehammer proved themselves as a worthy developer this year to all the naysayers they would let them develop Advanced Warfare 2.

It was good, but still a lot of issues with the match making, getting into a game where the team your on is down 35-176 in hard point.
The connection to the cod servers was a glitch often.
When every thing worked it was fun, the gun play smooth. But to play just grind camo’s, is that really something to look forward too? It’s not like the older COD, it meant something. There are so many it’s diluted the whole Idea.
And the amount of bundles is the same. Crickets.

I love MW3

I haven’t disliked a COD game this much since Vanguard, it’s like a trend that SHG is absolutely terrible at their job and shouldn’t develop a COD game.

This has been my favourite CoD to date and I’ve been playing since CoD4. Absolutely loved playing the old MW2 maps again and like you said there wasn’t a time I can think of where I didn’t have something to do between MP, zombies and WZ. My only gripe is I didn’t enjoy the armoury unlock system, I understand it’s good for player retention but some items being 8 wins was ridiculous. Being a mostly solo player and SBMM that could take 2 hours for one attachment…. I eventually was fed up and at night or when I went to work I would rubber band my joysticks and went into infected. Short matches and a win every time. Other than that less than ideal system I couldn’t get enough of this game.

Best cod since BO4 by far

I will say that I think Sledgehammer designed a great CoD, but SBMM just isn’t for me. I play a few games a week and get my fill. Zombies is fun, and I even had some fun with the borked campaign, but I will never grind CoD again. It’s just not fun to play for more than an hour. I don’t enjoy being manipulated from game to game.

I agree with everything you said but unfortunately sbmm ruins all of it at the end of the day.

Pay to win ops 6 will fail.

My biggest issue for not playing the game was the chatbans.

MW3 even though it was a DLC is way more fun than black ops 6 and we will all see 6 months into that game. MW3 I can log into MP and have fun I can enjoy some classic maps and some new ones and best of all the gameplay is 100000x better then black ops 6 even zombies seems better than black ops 6 revamped Cold War zombies BS

Have not played cod since cold war/mw2 but I do keep a watch on the game due to channels like yours and I'd say the same shg have done a great job of this game.probably the top dev team at the min.

I been saying since release MW3 was one of the best cods we got since Cold War / BO3 the story was lack luster I agree and unfortunate but everything but SBMM had this game overall really damn good sure the zombies weren’t amazing but it was something new and I kinda liked it I found myself having a blast with random people on a car mowing down Margwas and bosses flying in and doing missions and MP was a blast and was always a map you were excited to play

OG MW2 maps are bad. They only looked nice in the OG MW2. Now they don't even look good.

I personally think the daily armory challenge idea is horrible. I'll complete all challenges in zombies and mp, then have to either win a match which happens almost never or wait 24 hours for new challenges. Sucks when some single attachments are 8 challenges. So it'll take my 2-3 days if I dont get many match wins to unlock an attachment? awful system

Hold on nero. Going back to sbmm…. Did the lower end of the kd lobbies have a lot of store bought skins?? Just wondering because it would be nice to know what skill bracket is spending so much on skins and such.

I really hope they add in the G3T_H1GH and G3T_H1GH3R parkour LTMS as a perma mode, before they stop the content lifecycle

I had a lot of fun this year on MW3. Of course there were some down times were I played it less but I've played this MP the most of all Warzone era games.

Me and my friends had a lot of good times and SHGames did an excellent job with their support and updates.

I'm a disappointed they never made Mag Holster (Sleight of Hand) useful and never brought back Specialist perk streaks.

Overall, played it with a lot of enjoyment all year. Only thing I wish was different were the dumb skins and aesthetic approach. MW19 is still the best looking MW in both presentation and post launch skins feeling somewhat fitting instead of batshit crazy.

This game sucks lol how and why are people praising mw3 now. Half the aftermarket parts sucks. Armort unlocks is a pointless grind you wont use 90% of that shit. Zombies is awful. Campaign i get to this mission i jump out of a airplane to the warzone map tk destroy 3 helicopters. Like wtf is that?!! Bundles are ridiculous $20-$30 ans people actually buy them lol. The maps they make are awful. The og maps play awful. Like they did before.

Remember most of those maps are AI generated. 😮

At this point it seems like the managed too turn a battle pass / dlc into a production line. Much like a factory that poops out dlcs, maps, skins, weapons, allowing the user aka Activision, to pick and grab what they want. What they think will get the most sales

I hate cod

I've really enjoyed playing MWIII. For me i was having sweaty Lobbies for sure,but if you try to just have fun and not going for streaks,completing challenges amd levelling up guns from both games like MWII and MWIII i think it's the best cod since 2019. Though I've started to play it around season 4 and with the post launch support I'm really enjoyed it! Don't know how it will went if I've played it at launch.
I think the top 3 warzone era cods are:
1.MWIII
2.Cold War
3.Modern Warfare (maps...)

Fun fact, shg on average added a map less than every 10 days w map variants, new maps and remastered maps (365/42 (1 year divided by amount of maps added))

Im probably sticking with MW3 till BO6 is stable and does look good, cause CoD games now always have a bad starting month or two with issues and plus Im waiting for it to be on a near half discount when I think of probably getting it, cause if its decent by the time its almost half off to buy, I may get it, but probably mostly play it for the zombies mode

Sbmm on mw3 was a horrible experience for me. Felt ramped up compared to mw2. Weapon balance felt off for this game. Attachments deserved better balance.. when a new one dropped everyone was using it because it’s too good.

When will you even break your own cycle Nero. Here we are, the end of the game....and you are already having that nostalgic feeling for it while eagerly wait for the new one

If you think mw3 is good YOUR TWEEKING the spawns are buns, the maps are buns except like 3,all the small maps are DUMB you spawn and then insta die because you spawn in a 5 stack wanking each other

Maybe instead of screaming about SBMM in every video you should appreciate the moment before it’s gone

I love this game. But let's not forget the hundreds of bugs that ruined our lives for more than 3 LONG MONTHS when the game was released. The one that drove me crazy was the FOV problem in 2 out of 3 games (it took them two months to solve it)🤯🤯🤯, in addition to the camo and armory problems, etc..... just look at Trello.... the list is endless.

I love the after market stuff an other special unlocks, they did a pretty amazing job with weapon variety, an customization, plus new weapons,
I pray they do something very similar in bo6, it would be epic to see some of those double weapon designs from iw an futuristic weapons from aw- showup as weapon variants or after market parts.

Having new weapons to unlock is the main reason i keep playing, cause i do get bored fast without that new stuff- substantial stuff to work towards that doesn't require real money or ridiculous almost impossible challenges to get, so i pray they do that an find a good balance in it.

Sledgehammer is the best COD studio and don’t get the credit they deserve.

Best post-launch support.... for 6v6 multiplayer. Would've been nice if they had supported the other parts of the game like MWZ, War, Ground War, etc

I know they wanted to do pick 10, but honestly the perks were perfect in this game and it might be my favorite out of any of the games.

If I do buy Black Ops 6, I'm gonna really miss aftermarket parts.
