I don’t buy that she’s an air nomad but I very much believe she’s of air nation decent. I believe a lot of the escaped air nomads suppressed their abilities to avoid being caught (though most were still found out) and airbending (except Aang’s) eventually faded from existence, though their lineage went on.

I agree with this but I feel like she would atleast be half fire nation and not both of her parents air nomads because all air nomads are air benders, do to their highly spiritual connections. If both of her parents were airbenders, she’d be an air bender too.
