In this 50 minute real time workout you will build strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and core strength with this full body workout using free weights as well as body weight. I designed the workout to first work individual muscle groups then add combination moves. Using the large muscle groups and supporting muscles in this way effectively burns calories and builds strength at the same time. It can be modified to fit any fitness level!
