ОтветитьWhat whe. It get cold to hot back it will break up or stay soft
Ответитьyes baking soda is for what's called quick " breads". as roti is a quick cooking dough, it works well and appropriate
ОтветитьTash-where did you get the spatula to flip the roti?
ОтветитьIt will not boost open but burst open
ОтветитьWhy can't I get mine to puff up like yours? Nice!
ОтветитьOily puri.

ОтветитьBig dog i doh have that machine inno
ОтветитьThanks for sharing
ОтветитьLooks good 👍 👌 👍
ОтветитьI use this recipe and my DhalPourie swelled like a big balloon. Oh what a pleasure to see and it melting in my mouth. I still add a little piece of butter despite your rècipe didn't include that. I always do make roti and it comes out very soft and moist.
ОтветитьHi is it hot water or warm water
Ответитьhow about giving us the measurement if flour, salt, baking pwd and the baking soda.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing. That looks so delicious
ОтветитьThis a Michelin Star recipe!!
ОтветитьNatasha, you’re a gem of a chef my sis❤️🥰
ОтветитьI'm not sure why my dhal never speads throughout the roti😢😢😢😢...
ОтветитьI try your dhal puri roti recipe and all the roti swell. thank you. I use less dry flour for rolling out the dough it was soft enough to roll out🌺
ОтветитьNice exhibit
ОтветитьThe Mauritius dholl puri recipe is more precise and easier to use.
ОтветитьNo quantities given!
ОтветитьWell-deserved kudos. Great recipe and easy to follow. I moved from Toronto to Vancouver and could not find any Trini/Guyanese food so had to learn to make my own. I could always make curry but never tried making the dahl puri. I now make proper roti thanks to your generous nature. Thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьI made the roti but all burst cause some of the dhal remained whole 😢
ОтветитьI love roti & curry chicken
Ответить@Natsha Very nice and easy
I will definitely try your Mother-in-law's receipt. Thxzz for sharing💅🏽👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾✨✨✨✨✨🙌🏾
Step by step instructions. So how much Flour, baking soda and baking powder? So much for the instructions. ABSOLUTELY USELESS.
ОтветитьReally nice
ОтветитьLooks great 👍, but how much baking powder
ОтветитьAbout to try my hand at making this tomorrow! Thank you for this recipe
ОтветитьLove this♥️
ОтветитьToo much oil.
ОтветитьInstead of oil use ghee , much more tasty ! Also can use yogurt in the dough and leave to set for 1 hr and it will still come out soft .- for people who don’t want to use baking powder/ soda . Great recipe and lovely rotis .
ОтветитьGreat technique that I will definitely try this soon. Looks very yummy. Blessings!
Ответить👌
