I've never heard of "lower glutes" Is there something I'm missing?
It just looks too me like the second and the third exercise target gluteus maximus and the third is more effective because of the stretch.

one thing though. glutes are all one muscle, there isnt an upper and lower. targeting the muscle like that wont work. they aren't like shoulder muscles.
