Millet pav buns are an easy and delicious way to include millets in your dirt. This video shows how to make vegan and gluten-free millet pav buns or dinner rolls. Pav bhaji is a popular street food in India. Traditionally pav buns are made with all-purpose flour or maida, butter, eggs, and milk. I have used little millet flour to make these pav buns. This recipe is gluten-free and vegan. It is an easy homemade gluten-free millet pav recipe that will satisfy your taste buds and give you the real pav bhaji taste. If you are missing pav bhaji on a gluten-free diet, this recipe is for you. If you are not allergic to wheat (gluten), feel free to use whole wheat flour instead of maida.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar or any sweetener
3/4 tbsp dry yeast
1.5 cups + 1/2 cup cups little millet flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 tsp pink salt
1.5 tbsp olive oil
