How comes that X20+ is a downgrade from X10 +? (it doesn't have carpet detection). Like xiaomi 14 camera sw is a downgrade from 11/11T (no movie effects). In this moment I have a xiaomi line devices, but gonna switch to competitors which are more consistent and appreciate their customers. (going to return the vacuum). Just a big disappointment the trend you follow right now. And this comes from an xiaomi fan who appreciate u before u get some good market. In this way u will go down

Dice que se acerca fregando a las paredes 2 milimetros y el mio se queda a 1'5 centimetros ,a alguien mas le ocurre lo mismo.?

1. I brought my X20 Max 2 months ago in Takashimaya/Singapore for S$729, and was very satisfied with it's performance until...
2. ... one week ago when the mopping function stops working.
3. Further inspection revealed that the motor from the mopping function is not sucking the used water back to the used tank.
4. I contacted Xiaomi service office (located at Lavender/Singapore) and was told that this is apparently a common issue faced by other X20 Max users.
5. Thankfully, was told that I can submit a request for a *full refund*.
6. I submitted a request a few days ago and received a message this morning that my request was approved.
7. Will be returning my unit this Tuesday, and will get S20+ instead. Perhaps Xiaomi cleaning tank tech will be more mature in a few years time.
