The main problem with Dustborn is that it glorifies and promotes evil: betraying friends, bullying, cancelling, and even murder. Clearly the people involved in creating it are morally bankrupt and don't deserve our support.

Believing that a "persons skin colour" or sex holds any additional value in on itself, that would be an asset to a development team (or in general) is preposterous.
Its a persons experience with its surroundings during its life, that creates "diversity in character" in the first place.
Which ultimately can be achieved by a multitude of factors.
Ultimately, you might even come to the conclusion that his way of thinking is fundamentally rac*st to begin with, because he literally propagates the fundamental idea, that
adding people solely based on differing "skin colour", will automatically add a differing value to his team. Which is basically exactly what ra*ism is about.

(And just to clarify, naturally people that have a different "skin colour" or sex can have differing experiences in life due to this simple fact. But emphasizing
on this fact is hardly a factor that will promote any positive value, if your ultimate goal is to disprove and eradicate this way of stereotypical thinking.

We had a similar issue with D&D and Kyle Brinks, saying that white men couldn't leave the hobby fast enough, yet he, himself, wasn't stepping down from his position at Wizards of the Coast to make room for a more diverse individual. He has since been removed from the company. That's harder to do with a CEO, but who knows what'll happen in the future.
