Fabric Patterns UI - Use patterns with local Ollama LLM

The fabric patterns allow for customized output responses from the LLM. I created a little UI that makes it a bit more convenient to use fabric patterns against a local Ollama LLM. I will be using this temporarily while we wait for the official fabric patterns GUI to release as is mentioned on their github page.
