A certain sense of calm coming over me, even during less than ideal situations, like dealing with a minor foot injury these past 2 weeks or being right in the middle of a thunder storm today
The same feelings are present as before, but but actually allowed to flow instead of crashing and burning. Sorry for rambling, felt like sharing 😅
