EVgo Flying J Site Visit: West Memphis, AR

Visiting the West Memphis, AR Flying J Travel Center to charge and peruse the facility. Walter at @thenetworkarchitectchannel visited this location recently and had a less-than-stellar charge. I am looking to see if that was an anomaly or is PFJ's construction ambitions leaving site maintenance in the dust.
