One thing that bugs me with the greivous is putting the pieces for the torso in light grey. but for the Clone Wars microseries, I feel like the light grey works better.

Your grievous design is pretty sick, surprisingly detailed for how few pieces you used.
Another design I've seen, which I've applied to my grievous figure was extending out all of his limbs by using a dark bluish grey droid arm on each limb, connected by clipping the joints illegally. Looks pretty menacing and gives him a better height with the extra arm piece on the legs.

One thing to (hopefully) make R2's third leg flush: Add two 1x2 whit plates to R2's Feet.

There is a piece I might use to replace the Grievous neck hinge that would allow his head to move up and down but not shift to side.

I always thaught the ep3 lego grievous was to big like it was the same mold as for clone wars grievous. He is a bit thinner in the 3rd movie and you nailed that design🎉

You should totally make a video upgrading outdated parts for Jedi/Sith

As simple fix to the R2 third leg, which is what I did with all my astromech droids, is to use the same triangle piece with a ”LEGO Half Pin with Stud” technic piece

I wasn’t paying attention for a second and then I hear third leg and I thought I was watching a different video for a sec 💀

General Grievous was the best one

i wonder if there is a better combination of parts to get better arm articulation for general grievous? the body is perfect but the arm articulation is the only thing lacking

as a grievous owner, taking him apart is too scary 😂

The grievous was ok but the arms an legs were too small

i love that Grievous design, but i think that to make it the 2003 one it needs a few changes
like the legs, they have a completely different shape in the cartoon that in the movie
also the neck, but that's a bit hard to do cuz lego hasn't made a non-hunched grievous head :(

The original general grievous torso had a bar big enough for 2 sets of hands, then they changed it for this? Attaching his arms to other arms? That looks lame as hell, honestly a downgrade for the original.

The Bossk upgrade could be applied to a lot of figures to make them taller and lankier. For example, Dooku.

grevious came in 4 sets: i have an older version of general grevious’s ship tho it isnt built. the figure resembles the one from lego star wars the complete saga video game

Built the general grievous and love it. Just reduced the waist height by one stud so only 2 studs tall and added 2 white wedge plates to the left and right shoulders

Gotta love how, aside from grevious, all of these are such small simple things that would cost lego basically nothing to do.

Grevious i can understand as that would make him less playable imho but thats about it
