Companies often try to transition to a new business model with the same talent that they already have in place. That was always a bit odd to me. Why? If you think about sports teams when they're not achieving the success that they want they replace the coach or in business, the CEO. So, who do they typically hire someone who is thought to either be better using the old strategies, or they either take a new strategic direction, and it's all based on the model or strategy that they believe will give them the best opportunity to win?
To answer that question I'm going to show you an overview of how to craft a strategy-driven workforce. Let's dive right in.
