Honestly EMP existing is fine but it should costs a fortune for ammunition. And there should really be more rules set with them, such as one use per chase or at the very least one use per chase for each unit, so if theres one unit with 2 officers only one can EMP

I remember when this happened..... still the most Fail RP and powergaming incident of NP. Theres just nothing that beats this. Unlimited tazers per cop, foot EMP, ramming/hitting off bike and threathening to beat/shoot him to cuff 1 cop..... just absurd and hope 4.0 wont have anything like this

IDK what the NP admins/devs sometimes think when they introduce things like this. Instead of making vehicles break down easier so chases aren't 24 hours long, they bring a mechanic that makes it impossible to even drive 2 seconds.

Its much better to just have bikes and cars wear down faster if you are a bad driver and crash into stuff a lot.

this was bad but if you watch the cops chase x its nothing like this 3.0 cops did much worse to x. Many instances where the cops should have rammed even in irl but didnt to let the chase continue
