Today’s class is about lower body I haven’t made it intense, we will introduce more lower body workouts, try these first!
Let us connect daily and see each other growing together!
I have started with kapalbhati today, then supine leg workout with a bit abdominal effect! Lastly you can either do some sukshma vyayam or just relax a bit!
Practice this same sequence 2 to 3 times for more effect.
