Looking back..the Republican party really blew it in 2008..they never got behind Alan West that year..if the GOP did, Mr West would have been ready to run in 2012 for President. Now the best we can hope for is 2016...

@JustBecauseTheySaySo I would have voted for Allen for President the day he left the military..thats not my point...the sheep wont...they have to see him for several years to form an opinion...thats where the party went wrong..he is starting to build momentum the last 6 months..but he lost 2 years because of the GOP

Just look at the latest polls,early on they tend to reflect name/face recognition vs who is actually running in 2012

Do we ever examine and attempt to change our international corporate/military policies and alliances with despots that lead to the desperation of terrorism? Are we so naive to believe that the USA is a purely benevolent force for justice in the world? Does anyone travel or read history anymore? West, like Obama and Bush I & II and Clinton, is bought and paid for by corporations and Wall Street. Most Dems and Reps are merely neoliberal/ neoconservative shills.

The Heritage Foundation is a corporately funded public policy group set up to further the corporate/Wall Street agenda. Please read and research the source of funding for any group, left or right, that spouts their corporate ideology. Politicians of both parties are merely puppets and when well-intentioned, ignorant people decry big government they're missing the forest for the trees. Entrenched power never wants change, True social change has and will always come from the bottom up.

We must get rid of bad leadership (Obama) and install an able leadership (West). Or things will just keep on sliding as it is now. Do we want that? NO!

If Obama is not part of the solution then he is part of the problem. We already have enough problems. Time for a new leader. Vote Alan West next year.

If he's a neocon, he might as well not act ungrateful towards Bush and the other ones. Sick of seeing everyone put down Bush. The one thing you can't fault him on is fighting terrorists. He was conservative on that. Anyone saying he wasn't hawkish enough is a troll.
