Sorry if this is a stupid question, but only hand expression? Can a pump be used?

If I do that I'm scared to have an early delivery 😰

Doctors told me not to do it, and I was at Bethesda 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ said I could go into lanor early and they STRONGLY advised agsinst it.

Where is the bodycontact between the mother and the baby? Where's the bottle if you're not nursing??
