First time you see a black knight.

i just got dark souls yesterday and this was my exact experience

The first time I was like: normal npc. I died 15 times and after I ran away 👍

In my first run, I think this guy is friendly to me 😬

First time I played I had gravelord sword and parried him and killed him

en realidad es super facil matarlo, simplemente tenemos que ir a las escaleras donde nos tiran el barril (mientras nos persigue) y tirarnos por el hueco que hay al costado asegurando de caer en el borde seguro, el nos seguira y se caera al vacio, si no se cae lo mas probable es que quede en posicion para que lo padamos apuñalar y cuando hagamos eso lo empujaremos nosotros al vacio

I was actually able to kill him the first time I saw him, just because I had previously attacked the firelink shrine bonfire npc and had to learn to parry the hard way lmao

Beat these guys by parrying the shit outta them I did (reinforced drake sword with pine resin) literally two shots

Everybody has a story. I just learned how to parry when I hit this guy.

I ran away without thinking and didn't go there again for a while.

Everyone has their little story with this guy and I'm here like " Saw him,parried his attacks, beat him"

And then I just got a shield which is too heavy for me XD I don't play Dark Souls for that long yet (Maybe 4 hours or so?) and I only defeated the Taurus yet, so I have no Ides if there are stronger black knights later

I was overly cautious and just lured him away and tried to back stab him to death. It only took like 6 tries.

I Just killed this mf, It is almost 4 am, i've taken more than two hours and a Lot of Lost souls bu dying in the way (it is my First souls game and i decided i need to kill It, plus i'm Very bad at the game), i need to work tomorrow, but i did It. I did It.

Ahh.. sweet times of long continuous tries to kill Black knights by backstabbing them till they drop dead, the beloved chonky stone boy was the hardest tho

Bro I just started dark souls so I’m new to the game. So when I came across him I throw a bomb at him, thinking it’s was instantly going to kill him!? Nah, it only managed to piss him off. Came running at full speed and all I saw was “YOU DIED”.

These guy's scared me at first, but soon as i learned how to parry them it was a wrap😂

I got his greatsword first try carried me for a little bit then i got the halberd from the other knight down by andre and it became my favorite weapon in ds1

I finished the game for the first time recently. I got his sword after making him fall but didn't used it all the time because it was making the game too easy

and because I killed the undead merchant after accidentally pressing the hit buttom and decided to carry his sword until the end as my burden

Im new to Dark Souls and yeah….. this was genuinely a terrifying experience 😭💀

I remember I was running around whole undead burg to dodge his attack in my very first playthough because I didn't know how to parry or backstab 😂

They actually have a sick mod for this armor and sword in Skyrim

I remmeber killing one of these early on and getting the ultra greatsword i beleive it was the on at the top of the tower dude made me crap myself.

But after i got his sword i was like.

Just got his sword, all I did was make him chase me up the stairs then up the stairs to the right and between those stairs is an area where you just jump down and that guy fell right off haha!

Ah yes, the good ole days of getting his sword, leveling up to use it to see if it was any good, then having it carry me through the entire game. Good times!
