As a predominantly light tank player, I find this tank highly frustrating to play. Maybe just not my style, but I love the French tanks so thought I'd give it a go. Is it always more of a campy tank?

Medium only in the name... Slow, low top speed, really long reload, high alpha. Everything a heavy has, minus the armour... Weird tank to say the least.

I want to buy a premium tank with a little tight budget. And i really like your review on this french premium. It really helped me a lot about positioning and without using premium rounds. And because of this buddy, you just earned a new sub :) keep up the good vids.

I am SEA server player, my recent 50 battles on this tank was abysmal. I found that on recent meta, this tank is unplayable.

Wish I could exchange my CDC with this tank. The gun handling of the CDC is just bad plus with no armor.

Overall witch tank you think is better, the CDC or the Révélorise ?

When i found no t8 tanks in 40 loot crates i got... i used that gold to buy Raviolli. Since options on what to buy from tech tree in game are limited. And i was looking for medium. I left quite happy with the gun. Also even though its basically t5 tank that can meet t10 as far as armor goes i sometimes pull of some bounces in funky angles. Sometimes the 200 pen feels kinda low though...

I played one of these as a rental and I found it to be essentially a TD in medium clothing. As a TD player that works great for me.

Though the gun is acccurate, the avg pen can sometimes mean you really need to get the time to aim, for me personally, especialy in a t10 game, also its a lot taller than say a t54.

Your logic is spot on I dig it, got a question one the first map it seems lately no goes north on the hill have you seen a lot of this in your games? I know my wins come from taking the north but I cannot do it alone but I spot for arty and slow the progress from that flank.

Kind of was put off by the name of the series at first but you are definitely worthy of the unicum title and give very good advice, especially seeing as (at least in the games you show) you rarely, if ever, fire premium rounds. Your videos are great to watch to find spots on maps for each tank and advice of what to do when there (which with my terrible stats atm I need) so thanks for the great content! (even though you probably won't see this because old video but oh well I'll sub anyway)

This was my favorite premium but now it's hard to choose between this and Lorraine 40t. I love both. My old favorite T34-3 is left in garage for rust because 175 pen does not make sense anymore

I usually do pretty good in this tank (damage wise), but my win rate is the shittiest of all my tanks past tier 5 (34%). I enjoy playing it A LOT (its hilarious) but I just can’t get the damn thing to win games, I do wayyyy (win-rate wise) better in the CDC so I just stick with that.

I hate that map campingnovka so boring just wait for someone to shoot for 5 minutes and in the end becomes a draw because no one wants yo move up.

I have been wondering for a while and haven't found information about the crew skill stacks you have in the beginning. Like some of those skills have that x4 text right next to them. How do you do that and what does it benefit?

I use the Revalorise as a tank destroyer. It works so good in this role, although you do need camo net, camo trained crew etc because it doesn’t hide very well.

i cant seem to pen anything, even side shots on low armor tanks... any suggestions?

I usually play this one from the secondary line, too. Being M4 Sherman based, and being that the M4 Sherman is a tier 5 tank, you don't want to be up in front brawling with the tier 8-10 heavies. You'll die quickly. Sniping as opportunities become available is the best way to utilize the huge gun on this thing. That you can outrun all those heavies doesn't hurt when it begins to look like your team is losing. You can relocate to a new defensive position where you can maybe go hull down so you are harder to hit and continue the fight before you get overrun.

what mods are you using?

the main thing of this tank is APCR shell as default and it has 105 mm cannon 1460 shell velocity and its elevation 15 depression 10
best sniping experience I have so far.

i have 500 battles in the rev. For 250+ of those battles i was barley a 1k wn8 player. I had like 800 wn8 in that tank for half the battles i've played in it. needlessto say, i have 1800 wn8 in it overall now. I think i have something like 2.8k wn8 average in it in my last 1k battles of wot lol. Love this tank!

Man dude i wish i had games where i could play passively in the beginning, most of the time i have to lead my camping heavys and lose half my hitpoints before i give them enouph confidence for me to actually play the supporting role

40 km/hr is really slow for a medium. This tank has a top speed of 48 km/hr in WOT Blitz.

You’re kidding yourself if you think players would buy nearly as many premium tanks if the only benefit was credit earning and crew training. The vast majority of players are not going to spend $30 to $100 for a premium than that is equal free tech tree tanks, just to earn more credits and train crew. WG sells so many premium tanks because many of the premium tanks are stronger than free tech tree tanks and without this income, WOT would cease to exist and free to play players wouldn’t have a game to play. Pay to win is what keeps the lights on. If spending money on the game didn’t give players significant advantages, they would simply stop spending their harder earned money and become a free to play player and WOT would be no more.

this gun is absolutely shit in 2022... you will almost never see it in the match maker, when bisonte, progetto 46, bourassaque, skoda t56's are taking over..... gl penning any of these...
