mm i love fish ;)
ОтветитьThese look so good! Great job! This reminds me of Jamaican Saltfish fritters. So delicious!
ОтветитьLooks good! We make something similar in Puerto Rico and it’s delicious! It’s called “bacalaitos”. 😊
ОтветитьThose remind me of salmon croquettes
ОтветитьThanks for mocking that crazy stuff. Never mind them. Cook!
ОтветитьCornstarch , not flour, they are crispier
ОтветитьThis is basically how Puertoricans make it we call it bacalaito
ОтветитьWho the heck uses a pairing knife to peel spuds?!! You loose a lot of potato that way! I've used both knife and peeler in my life, and I prefer peelers! Unless you grew them yourself, ya paid for those things! Why waste them with a knife! Just sayin'. 😊
ОтветитьI love how you crack yourself up🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьLooks so Irish!!! Potato cakes with fish 🤷♂️ what’s not to love. A pot of tea and a few scallions, bob’s your uncle.
ОтветитьSuch a cute spectator there in the kitchen ❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьSo what did you do with the crispy little fat bits? U cooked em said they were good but do u mix em in? Do you just eat them with? I found use it but I believe you can get savory in Ontario but now I'm gonna check next time lol
ОтветитьWhat if you leave out the salted pork fat?
ОтветитьYesssss! My grandma used to make clam fritters just like this
ОтветитьThe Portuguese have something very similar
ОтветитьLol literally sitting here with a paring knife and pile of potatoes listening to this rant 😂 lol my mom was a peeler fanatic. I hate them for me, but truly have no idea why TF she cared what I used 😂
ОтветитьIf you’re in the south, we call those salmon patties. Fishcakes for the poor.
ОтветитьThose are soooo good... i'm from the east and know that meal... yuuuuuuummmm
ОтветитьDefinitely inspired by the Portuguese who landed in the East. We call them bolinhos de bacalhau 🐟
ОтветитьI dont eat seafood but i enjoyed your video.
