Ответитьyou can make the dressing better if you make a garlic yougurt dressing (basically the same as tzatziki minus the cucumber). it's one of my go-to dressings and it never seems to fail! (i often use tzatziki too as a salad dressing, it's aaaamazing 🤤)

ОтветитьIf you want to make it better, add canned chickpeas, get a bowl and mix the sauce: yoghurt (greek is the best but regular is ok, too), olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dry or fresh dill, salt. This will taste so much better and will be much more filling. If you don't like chickpeas, you can add a boiled egg, it goes well with the radish

I'd put a little EVOO and fresh squeezed lemon juice on this salad with some coarse salt and freshed cracked pepper.

ОтветитьRadishes can be lightly steamed to take out the heat. Trim ends and cross cut an x. Steam to barely fork tender. Cool. Slice and add for crunch. Like a jicama with a little color. Great to add to soups and stews, and yes, salads. Including potato.
Also, nasturtium flowers have a great, peppery taste. Add to salad for color. Taste first to see how strong it is. Use just a petal or two to start. Society garlic can also be used in place of garlic. Use leaves and lavender flowers. But taste first! Strong GARLIC FLAVOR.
