The Warren Buffet technique was debunked by the man himself. Someone asked him about that and he said: I've never kept any lists, I'd be curious where you heard that. It's on video, look it up. Great technique thou.
ОтветитьWe making it out of the mental rut with this one
Ответитьnot sure about the no bullshit part m8
ОтветитьCan confirm these techniques do work at least for me when seriously implemented.
ОтветитьThere are videos of warren buffet saying that he never said that. He has nothing to do with it. still a cool principle, but people still think he said this even though he didn’t
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьCan you give some advice on how to take better note
ОтветитьIt’s Cal Newport not Carl haha
ОтветитьSchnobs?

ОтветитьTHANK YOU! You just answered every single question I have in this one video. I am just so overwhelmed with so much videos and I'm just tired of even trying to think of watching it - I don't know if it just that I have a short attention span or what - but still thank you for just being straight to the point.
ОтветитьWould your list be only for business goals or every goal in one list, or separate lists for separate areas
Ответитьi dont whatch all this 4 minutes video
Ответитьreminds me of a quote i saw "you fall to the level of your systems, not rise to the level of your goals"
Ответитьone thing I realised after watching this video is that it's hard to not be productive all the time. even after I've done a good chunk of work, I feel like I can still do more. when I'm not busy i feel like I'm wasting time. that isn't right, because I do need rest but I can't get it if I'm distracted by work. I'd suggest chucking the bottom 70% of your daily tasks out too, if you're a perfectionist/idealistic planner like me.
ОтветитьThe "not for normal people" had me thinking "Oh! It's for people with ADHD/Autism! Perfect"
It wasn't:(
Why is your video desing so similar to Outperform? Is there a free template that you use or what? I want to make these kind of videos myself to spread more productivity info.
ОтветитьThe vid I watched before this one was about desire for self improvement hyper activity and burn out. In the order. So now I got some deep learning about step two. 🤓😵💫🤯
ОтветитьAwesome!
ОтветитьThis can be helpful for many people! Well done
ОтветитьDo you have a video on meditating 😭
Ответитьamazing! thanks for uploading
Ответитьgotta thank god for making you, and thank you for keeping on existing.
ОтветитьThis is genuinely the most exhausting video i have ever watched. Not because of the subject matter, but because the editing is way too fast and has way too much happening at once. Nothing you say stands out because your format treats everything like a segue into something else
ОтветитьBruhhh cannot believe this is your first video. Really really helpful.
ОтветитьIsn't weird that the video lasts 4 minutes and I felt I gained information from a 10 min video?
ОтветитьThis was an incredible video bro. Very helpful!
ОтветитьTHANK YOU!
ОтветитьObviously you can add a few other things (he mentions journaling for example), but it's nice to have such a simple, efficient system. I lose interest quickly when I hear about 10 productivity apps I'm supposed to use along with a 2-hour morning routine.
ОтветитьHey great video man,
Can you please share which software you use for editing? Please bro
Where the hecko are Your references question mark
Ответитьhow many sessions of deep work for 90 mins are you all doing?
Ответить1. CHUCK 'EM IN THE AVOID-AT-ALL-COSTS PILE: select top prioritized ones from all of 'em
2. MAKE A SCHEDULE: break tasks into smaller chunks and make a day-week wise schedule (should be flexible, real)
3.PLAN YOUR DAY THE NIGHT BEFORE
4. HAVE A DEEP WORK: where there are no distractions which would help you work peacefully
Some of lit Productivity Boosters: journaling, meditating, reading books
God bless you
Ответитьthat's a no non-sense absolutely hitting in the face. Kudos!
Ответитьشكراً لك

What color is your wall ?🗿
ОтветитьI thought the Jerry Seinfeld technique was to "don't break the chain."
ОтветитьSelf summarized notes.
Self summarized notes:
𓂀 Streamline clear goals; list 25, take time; 1-2days even to list out, then choose top 5 to focus on.
𓂀Game plan-> schedule it into weekly/daily tasks with timeblocks but keep it flexible with 1-2 non-negotiable tasks (like workout/ journaling/ your choice)
𓂀Plan your day night before (CRUCIAL).
𓂀Uninspired? Stare at your workspace/wall doing nothing for about 5minutes; Jerry Seinfeld Technique.
(like meditation, other techniques including shouting then getting back to work etc., or doing a random task like brushing teeth to jump start)
𓂀Do Deep work to maximize focus. 90minutes work then a break. (Pomodoro technique is 25mins work and 5 min break, 4 times before longer breaks)
𓂀Ditch phone (unless needed, disable apps or hide in folder. Using TickTick app to reduce mental clutter accessible on browser too), make as distraction free as possible.
Go cafe to do the work if possible.
𓂀To boost productivity and sharpen mind and willpower; read books, meditate or journal.
I thought best productivity advice is just: Just do it ✅️
ОтветитьHey! you tricked me into viewing this video by showing an image of Dr. Andrew Huberman in thumbnail. Still, I am glad that, I watched this video.
Ответить"Oh this is good stuff" Added to Watch Later
ОтветитьReally well made! You can also spend 60 sec just preparing everything for the work when you just can't start and want to distract yourself
Ответитьthis shit do not work like every other bs video.
ОтветитьHow you going to do CAL Newport dirty like that?
Ответить
