I bought the givenchy reformulation when it first came out then they took it off the shelves now that its back on the shelf i bought it again and it absolutely looks different

I said the same thing about the Givenchy powder. Love the original, but never tried the new reformulated version because everybody was outraged about it, saying it was so different. Looks like it gives a natural finish now, instead of a matte finish

I believe only one of the Givenchy powders ~ the most popular one ~ got the shiny reformulation. The rose one that you have did not get the shiny reformulation. I hope that clarifies.

That’s so crazy that you got the new givenchy powder and had the same reaction as I did! I too was so devastated to hear they changed the formula, and every influencer was up in arms about it. So yesterday in store, I decided to take a chance and use my rouge discount on the mini voile rose and when I tried it, it didn’t seem any different than the original. I literally thought I was being punked 😂 Today I tried again with a fresh face of makeup and I still got the same results. Only thing I’ll say is it grabbed on some dry spots on my face buts that’s only bc I used Tretinoin a few days ago. Once my skin calms down I’ll try the powder again to see if there’s a difference. Thanks for always being transparent with us and for sharing 😊

Love your honesty about everything and loved so much that you reviewed the givenchy powder coz l think sometimes other beauty influencers just use the product in the wrong way and then they dislike it and in the case of the givenchy powder the reviews l watched they were using a huge amount of powder so it appeared so chalky and highlighty ! I made the same mistake. I used to have bleach damaged blonde hair, my normal hair colour is black so was used to buying all these damage repair stuff for years. Now I have dark brown and stopped bleaching, and I find that I have to always wash my hair if I use Olaplex and Pureology strength cure. Will try those living proof ones instead, I do love their dry shampoo

The Givenchy powder does look like a highlight to me, a subtle one but it does leave a glow compared to the original.

Patty, I am going to be honest with you. I still think the new Givenchy Libre Powder in shade #03 is not comparable to the old one. It is too metallic. If you look back to this video where you are showing your hand, you can see how much of a reflection is giving off your palm. The new one does not look airy either. I might be the unpopular opinion but nevertheless, it's my opinion to share. To me $60 is a lot to spend on a product that no longer performs at its best. 💯✌🏽

Is the Valentino foundation being discontinued? There aren’t that many shades on Sephora or Nordstrom.

Hi Patty great haul! I’ve been taking some hair vitamins that I feel are working. It took a long time to find one that is effective and doesn’t give me headaches. i’m a month and a half into the 90 day supply. The company says it needs to be taken consistently for 90 days to really see results. Let me know if you want the brand name and i will share it with you. I also know that rosemary oil is good for hair growth. You can add a few drops into your shampoo or put the drops right onto your scalp. Just some other options in case the vegamour doesn’t work for you.

Regarding the Givenchy formula change, I heard that not all of the shades had extra mica put in, so the outrage was regarding the pink shade, but the two lightest shades I don’t think got reformulated to be so shiny. I bought the Ouai body care set in St. Barts scent, along with the matching hair and body mist. As soon as I searched the icy nude palette in store, I HAD to have it. Those glitters and shimmers are soooo pretty. I also got the milk odyssey gloss trio because it’s one of my favorite formulas
