I remember when that happened in NY and on Long Island in the mid to late 90s. We had it set and it set a precedent but that was around the same time when we heard about the Mongols having their trouble in California. It's about time it's been set right. But everyone has to keep on this cuz the gubment will keep coming. This may be a "victory" but don't drop your guard.

I left the club not too long after they first injunction that made wearing the patch "illegal". Well, they coulda been confiscated. Good to see the club made it thru. I lost a lot of friends to atf f**kery. This is bittersweet.

When a 1%er takes another's patch due to whatever drama or altercation, is part of the lifestyle!

When the police officer or the federal government starts confiscating patches without just cause or no legal stance, that's not only a civil rights violation, it's a human rights violation, I am not an lawyer but I'm pretty sure that's against our constitution. That's all I'm saying!

It's a very interesting case to go to the United States Supreme Court. It's almost political free. it's a CA case , with CA prosecutor, and going to a 5 Rep to 4 Dem U.S. Supreme Court. I will be interesting to see how that lands.

Courts keep trumping each other. Another court will overrule. Another will reverse. Feed the $y$tem. State Courts and Governments are telling the US Supreme Court to fuck-off. And the band plays on!

My understanding was that Doc Cavaleas got the patch trademark in his name ,he owned the trademark,He surrendered the trademark as part of his deal when he turned ,I'm glad they won their case ,at least that part of it !

The ruling helps ALL Americans. Though no fan of 1%er clubs or their culture, I'm VERY glad the Mongels, Angels, and whomever else ponied up the funds to defend the right in court to display their symbols as is their right as American citizens.
