Singapore to Portugal on Emirates was great!

A night owl flight, we left Changi after midnight and touched down 7+ hours later in Dubai. On board the A380, the comfortable seats with generous legroom made it easy to sleep while the big screen tv with movies, games etc enticed me to stay awake! The snack & meal on board was decent in taste and more than sufficient in quantity.

After a 3-hr layover, we were off on a Boeing 777 to Lisbon. We were happy to see the same entertainment system and big screens. Another meal and snack later during this 7+ hour flight and we touched down in Lisbon.

Both legs of our journey was about the same duration (7+ hours) and it was good to not be stuck in the plane for more than 10 hours like we have done in the past when travelling to Europe. If given a choice, I would certainly pick Emirates again!
