The irony is, the first Golden Globes after Ricky tore the Golden Globes apart with his monologue, he won a Golden Globe, which he wasn't there to receive for obvious reasons.

When Gervais makes the Weinstein joke, it never originally cut to Julia Dreyfus but Weinstein himself. That's why the whole room bursts into laughter. Can't believe NBC altered it.
