The video seems to relate all migration to the push-pull theory and presents it as the only explanation for migration this theory is a functionalist theory birthed in the 20th century, the viewer might find it interesting to know that many scientists have criticized this theory for its reductionist approach of humans as completely rationally oriented beings that will always calculate costs and benefits in any given situation, reality is often far more complex than the push-pull theory which while helping to explain rich and educated migrants behavior, is far more limited when it comes to poorer migrants.

This video....did not age well. DIVERSITY?! LOL, that is an epic failure. No one can claim, allowing an entire nation to invade another nation, all will be well, as is self evident all over the world. These invasions DO NOT assimilate.
