I just bought a new GWM Ora ev in Australia. I charge it from solar panels on my house. It is so great
ОтветитьThis affordable quality EVs should be makes available for all & need now to save tge planet. The UN experts reported the net zero emissions target is missed again there is more urgently issue here. If we have to wait for the USA to start catching up by copying China EVs technology it will take another few years and the cost will to much due to cost of labour & large profit margin.
ОтветитьThe honest opinion from the US auto expert, "have to learn from the simple design".
ОтветитьI think : the Chinese “Government “ is in on this. Ownership wise .
In a PENETRATING PRICING strategy, a company initially sets a low price, often at a loss, to enter a market and attract customers. The goal is to gain market share quickly. Once the company has established itself in the market, it raises the price of the same product to a more profitable level.
If we lose our auto industry , the the standard of living in this country will decline for most of us .
Btw - for decades the Chinese government under valued its currency to export their products . , they don’t play fair . Make all the parts /labour here and sell this car . Or else 150 % tariff . Chinese people are amazing , but the Chineses government is exponentially corrupt . .. my opinion , but cool car ! I love the concept . Since China influenced BYD in this design , Trump should incentivize the auto industry to make a $15, 000 car over here ! , when he wins . I’m Canadian , but Americans are the best in the world at being creative and making things happen, they ‘can’ do it . Perhaps they should be the copy -catters for a change !!
ASK AI - Penetration pricing
ОтветитьI’d be WAY More sided about a US built car like this then the stupid six figure cyber dumpster
ОтветитьHow much has the Chinese government provided to BYD for their superiority in the market?
ОтветитьHow are you able to charge these cars outside of China ?
ОтветитьIf Americans want small EV, they can buy or lease the new Fiat 500e with tax incentives. Lets see how that goes
Ответить252 miles IS unbelievable. But good EV car 👍🏼
Ответитьif that thing costs around 10k in china, they are gonna ask at least 30k everywhere else. 40k in central europe and USA. At least.
ОтветитьeV's are a scam
ОтветитьIs this really available in U. S. Detroit I didn't know BYD had dealers there
ОтветитьAre you part of Sandy Monroe? In Detroit
ОтветитьBYD/Chrysler is going to sell boatloads of those. Just a slight tweaking of the front fascia for some Chrysler looking DNA and away we go.
ОтветитьSeagull. Scavenger birds that hang out in parking lots...
ОтветитьModern people’s car
ОтветитьI’m wondering what it would actually cost once it’s upgraded to meet crash standards? Not to mention tariffs (tax)? Obviously, this is going to do to the US market what the Japanese did back in the 70’s-80’s. I ditched my 1985 GMC S-15 once I conceded that the quality of a Toyota truck was superior.
It looks like BYD factories in the US are inevitable.
I thought he said 250 miles for 11.5k. I mean, that's impossible.
ОтветитьIt will never come to the U.S. first the UAW will fight it. The government will be paid off not to let it in. America is a dead country.
ОтветитьBought an off lease Volt with 30K miles for $15000. I hardly ever use more than the 38 miles range since I work from home. What i love about the Volt: its a hatchback. I put trucks to shame at Home Depot. Transported my new deck materials with the Volt.
ОтветитьLet the free market decide what the consumers want, without tariffs and government. I will buy one when they come to the US, because BYD is unstoppable.
ОтветитьChinese EV for what it would cost to replace the battery in a Tesla.
ОтветитьGlobalization until you pass us. Here's the US system works in a nutshell. "Keep the people in debt, needing to buy new stuff and desperate so they have to work". Most people don't take a minute to sit down and look at how they are living and what really matters. Why do I sense when these very smart cars do make it into our market the will have built in planned obsolescence.
All this said, I really like the lines on this EV, almost a Rally racer stance. It would be a national security threat.
What are the stats on Battery failures and lithium ion fires? Let’s see these cars in 3 years. See how many Brazilians burn?
Lots of crap drive great at the beginning.
Smart Chinese. 👍
ОтветитьSign me up. Why do I need a $30k with stuff I don’t need? Decent range for my needs. Perfect size for the city. Freedom of mobility because the payment would be the cost I already pay in transit fare. Damn this is perfect.
Oh and as of the time of my comment, their results of their tests, are incredible.
I am not voting Democrat this time. You can be sure of that
ОтветитьEvs have unlimited upside.
Ice cars have peaked.
What is the warranty ? Life of the battery and replacement cost ? Finally, crash test results? Seems important.
ОтветитьWow, maybe we can register it as an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) and drive it around town legally.
ОтветитьGM is doing well mirroring byd: self immolation, disintegrating body, and software choke full of bugs.
ОтветитьThe only downside of this car is the dangerously soft rear suspension, cornering is terrible. Hopefully BYD can update it to fix the issue.
ОтветитьI can understand how it looks pretty good. The true test of something like that even if that price point will be how it performs over 20 or 30,000 miles if the shocks drivetrain components failed it’s not worth $11,000. We need some long-term testing.
Ответитьcorrect me if i'm wrong? this car was designed by a lamborghini designer?❤
ОтветитьUSA: High taxes and forced to buy expensive crap to help Israel kill children
ОтветитьA used chevy bolt can be obtained for 20k or less and would basically be just like this car. The problem is our lack of charging infrastructure. Most American EVs are so expensive is because they design the batteries for fast charging so we can have these gas-station like fast-chargers (which destroy batteries, bogart power grids, break constantly and don't save drivers any money). And that's if you can even find one. We've basically given up on the much more logical option- cheap EVs with slow chargers everywhere. First off, we insist on installing $8000 L2 chargers for this purpose when simple 240v plugs would be fine most of the time. Heck, if that's too scary, even 120v outlets would be enough for 90% of drivers. All we'd need to do is install them all over in apartment complexes and workplaces, maybe with a vastly simpler interface (a key you get from your boss/landlord to open the plug and you pay $20/month or something). Right now we seem hell bent on the most expensive, complicated way of doing things, like its that or nothing. Really what it is is a sort of systematic conspiracy to keep EVs from taking off, perpetuated by gas car drivers in positions of power (HOAs etc), who are mad that EVs could actually save poor apartment dwellers a ton of money and be much more convenient. Remember, these are always people who already "made it" and want to use their power trod all over anyone lesser than them. These BMW driving A holes will readily use any ignorant, misinformed excuse ("too expensive!!") to stifle any progression which could help those who they see as below them.
ОтветитьHow about add one link under your video?
ОтветитьI Support BYD ❤ i am sick and tired of big giants car manufacturers. God Bless BYD 🙌
ОтветитьI just bought one. This will be my first car ever and I don’t even know how to drive yet. Fell in love when I sat in the driver’s seat. Currently taking driving lessons so I can drive this out.
ОтветитьChina won the electric car race 🏆
ОтветитьEven with 100% tariffs, this car is cheaper than any American car.
Ответитьi got one. its amazing
ОтветитьJust a nit pick... The audio channels are reversed. 😂
ОтветитьWhat's the story with the head bobbing man with the cap😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI would buy one of these. But, not North American EVs. This one is quality at a great price point.
ОтветитьYou guys have such a nice relationship and rapport. It’s lovely to see.
ОтветитьTAKE MY MONEY!
ОтветитьI HATE PROTECTIONISM I HATE PROTECTIONISM
ОтветитьIs it national security issue or is it you can’t compete issue ???
