ОтветитьReally cool for you to do it in real time. Too many exercise videos just show you twice and skip quickly to the next exercise. With this, I can actually follow along without needing to focus on pausing.

ОтветитьI love this routine! I’ve done it every night for 2 weeks and feel a heck of a lot better. Back pain doesn’t feel as bad and it’s helping me feel ready for my strength training needs.
I would love to see more similar tutorials to this one to try. Lean Beef knows her STUFF! And inspiring to learn from!

ОтветитьHey Patty, I’ve been doing these exercises for a longer time, sometimes consistently sometimes not. And sometimes when im doing the first few exercises i get pain in my left knee once when i squat up. Chatgpt told me it could be due to knees going too far forward past my toes. What should I do? I think im doing them correctly but idk
