Just A Shave: Gillette NEW Short Comb - Astra Platinum (Etchd) (10) - C&F Old Goat - DG B13 Boti

This razor is a great discovery. I hope others get to try it out. My shave today, with a GSB, was flawless. One more trait I'd like to point to in this razor is that it's made of brass. That's another trait it shares with the Fatips and it may add to its smoothness.

Great shave Sggrdy that’s baseplate reminds of CG Gen1 pretty close tho…

As per brush I like my Boti handle very nice and per declaration grooming brushes nahhh man too expensive I cannot justify for DG Brush $500 no way compare to Paladin etc..

I bet the feeler gauges would help explicate the subtle difference between The New SC and LC. They are very close in efficiency and feedback, but somehow the SC is smoother for me.

That's some good information on that SC. I'm just one shave in with one of these.
Curious if you have one of the Gillette New de luxe, I'm wondering how it would compare
