Best muscle mass gain I’ve ever had and I’ve noticed no difference between having protein shakes and not having them .
I really do think they are a scam.
You can literally get all the protein you can absorb in one sitting, which is around 28 g by the way from food and milk .
As long as you just enough fats and proteins and carbohydrates before your workout carbs before your workout because they feel your muscles and proteins and fats afterwards, then you’ll be fine .
The only thing you need is if you’re putting on weight and trying to gain extra weight without eating extra food is a weight gainer shake will help.
Something that will increase your caloric and carbohydrate intake by two times at least .
This is how I broke 155
And a fun fact, all the weight gainer shakes have enough protein in them or more than enough.
You cannot absorb more than about 28 g of protein in one sitting and your protein shakes. Have way more than that.

ОтветитьI agree that real food is good...but it is often not possible to meet your protein demands especially if you are working out plus the cal to protein ratio in real food is not optimum if you are working or trying to lose weight...so no need to demonize protein powder...it is a healthy alternative.
