i don't think the kids are old enough to appreciate spiderman. you have to be someone who grew up reading the comics, watching the animated series, then the live-action maguire ones, then the garfield version, and then finally, be excited to see the holland one. at the very least, they should've seen the garfield one, but a lot of them are way too young. so this didn't really have the intended effect. to them, it's just a random guy in a costume
