Just found out pregnant with baby #3! I’ve been following you since I was pregnant with my second (he’s now 2 1/2) I LOVE how I feel and I’m stronger than ever! Thank you SO much for your videos! I feel they saved me so much mentally!

At 39w+4 currently, I have been almost religiously following your workouts and yoga routines, especially throughout the third trimester. Looking forward to switching to postpartum workouts soon :)

I am so grateful for your channel! I am 27 weeks with my 4th baby. Doing stretches and workout videos almost daily is such a gift. Also, love all the helpful information about pelvic floor and postpartum recovery. Thank you so much for all you do!

Hey, I have a question: I've been too lazy to train so far. Now I'm already in my 30th week of pregnancy and I feel really guilty. I also have Hashimoto's and my muscles are generally weakened as a result. Can I still start working out now - will it help?
