Hey thanks for your titling video. I bought a bike from a friend of mines “friend”. Got deployment orders the next day and had it stored. When I got back I found out that my unit moved buildings and a bunch of my things were thrown out in the process. No more title or bill of sale. The girl who sold me the bike was no longer “associating” with my friend (guess it ended badly) . And has been giving me the run around on requesting a duplicate title or signing a new bill of sale. (Maybe some kind of payback or something to him🤷‍♂️) I’ve been so frustrated and VA DMV is not helpful at all. I’m gonna give it a shot like you suggested 👍
