This is why i meditate.I find meditation cuts the streams of thoughts and puts my soul at ease. It literally shuts the streaming off, like going off-grid.

Sometimes people just 'need' someone to throw them a lifeline. If someone has fallen overboard on a ship you don't stop and say oh he NEEDS to be rescued- can't do it.

It's not always about money. What are we here for if we can't encourage or assist someone 'in need' along the way.
