ОтветитьI engaged Ryan Fernando's company and they took a very high fee for genetic testing then did not share the results for months. I kept contacting them but there was no response. Then one fine day I got a call asking if I want to do a nutritionist session which was super annoying because if you haven't yet shared the test results how can I move forward. They then stopped calling me again and I had to keep chasing them. They asked me to share proof of payment as they could not find it in their badly managed system. I got the results only after spending tons of time chasing them and following up.. feel like they are a scam business. I also contacted his wife Devika over email to follow up about this issue since she is heavily involved in their operations (at least according to the website and her linkedin) but literally no response

ОтветитьNot all could afford the high end organic food or specific diet plans or having a trainer to follow up an exercise regime while some due to work pressures. Hope there is a simple and affordable means to keep oneself healthy and fit.

ОтветитьFood and nutrition should be a subject right from School. if kids "Study" food and nutrition as a subject, they will make conscious choices. Even parents should get "schooling" in their kids school on weekends even if it is an online course to know exactly what needs to be fed. If eating right is imbibed into kids, they will consciously carry it throughout their life.
I agree with reversing diabetes. I too am a south Indian an cannot quit rice but now instead of rice in all 3 meals every day, I have rice only 2-3 times a week. secondly i now make 50-50 rice quinoa reducing carbs by 50 %. also once in a month or so I do eat the red rice. but then I relish it with recipes like Avial or some kind of a mix vegetable recipe cooked with curd and coconut milk combination. I serve myself 30 % rice and 70 % of the Avial or mix vegetable and eat only 2 meals a day.. That day i dont eat anything else. my HBa1C was 10.6 in Nov 2023. Now for last almost 2 yrs it has not crossed 6. I eat all seasonal fruits even drink freshly squeezed sugarcane juice atleast once a month. I drink coconut water once a week as a meal. say for lunch i drink coconut water and its thin pulp once a week. Ive been able to control my sugar levels only by conscious eating. i never make plain wheat rotis anymore. its always a mix of 30 % wheat, 35 % besan and 35 % ragi. flour approx. or a combination of 50-50 wheat and jowar or 1/3 each of wheat, besan and rajgira flour. This way i get very nutritious rotis which I eat with usually a sabzi, some dal, some salad and some curd. also I drink a herbal mix every morning empty stomach. its 3 things - a herb called Paner phool also called Paner dodhi. its a flower bud found in the Himalayas but available everywhere. second is Chiraita and 3rd is methi seeds. 5-6 buds of Paner phool, 1/2 tsp of chiraita and 1 tsp of methi seeds soaked overnite and boiled and had every morning is a blessing for diabetics. it really works.- ofcourse with the right diet.
Kuch sal pehley mela me koya huwa bhai milgaya
