Break down 756 into easier divisible numbers
600 ÷ 3 = 200
150 ÷ 3 = 50
6 ÷ 3 = 2
Add up =>252

Done it before you circled the first three.Or was it when you started .
But it helped me to slow down and wright the problem more clearly in my head

Fortunately, when I was in school, we didn't have math teacher who taught us to calculate such simple calculation so complicated. You can simply divide first 75 with 3 = 25 and then 6 with 3 = 2. End result 252. Or you simply divide 750 with 3 = 250 and 6 with 3 = 2 and add 2 to 250=252 by head.

Short division is faster
