PRO-MIX Growing Media Active Ingredient: MYCORRHIZAE

I've used tis product for the first time this year and am amazed at how well the plants have done so far.

I have grown transplants vegetables in other soil seedling grew then layed over. I'm hoping this promix will work better

Should I add worm castings for more nutrients to start seedlings?
