Been with you Jo & everyone since about June/July 24.
I usually do the 800 calorie one, and could only do 25 minutes to start.
I go to the gym 2 days on & 1 day off.
Recently, I've been switching up Jo's videos, so saw this one today 😁
Since may 24 I've gone from 220lb to 176lb 💪
Keto/paleo & exercise.
My diabetes is in remission, my blood pressure is normal (from off the chart 2 years ago!).
I'm feeling GOOD!!! 🥰

ОтветитьMaaaan I did NOT want to workout today. But I made it through this whole thing and was a soaked sweaty mess after. I feel so proud of myself and more energetic afterwards!!!! Jo’s workouts are the only ones that I don’t dread doing and are actually fun!
ОтветитьI LOVE LOVE your dance workouts. I've been doing them every morning from Mon - Fri early in the morning before I start work. I keep the volume low since I live in an apartment. However, is there any way you can decrease the volume of the warning ding dong bell so it's much LESS than the sound of the music? Even with the volume low, I know the neighbors must get annoyed with that DING DING DING DING sound, way more than they would with hearing the music.

ОтветитьWow, those knee lifts while in crouched position weren't hard enough then the standing knee lifts while jumping side to side will do me in! LOL I had to pause to catch my breath! haha Thank you Jo for keeping us in shape!!

great help...with work out and healthy diet lost 10 kg and gained it back due to unhealthy diet.
Now started again with Jo's work out...was at 75.8 and now at 75.05
Hope to drop 10 kg soon
